Domestic & international shipping

We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Orders will be processed within 48 hours with the exception of preorders, which will ship within the timeframe estimated on the product page.

Please allow an extra day or two of transit time- we are located in a rural area and shipping times can be longer.

returns & exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, we accept returns of unused merchandise for 14 days after receipt. Please contact kasia@collected-edition.com for return instructions. Buyer assumes cost of return shipping.

damaged or faulty goods

We check each item carefully before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please send a description and photos of the damage to kasia@collected-edition.com. We will replace faulty items at no charge.
